A website that was fine in 2019 can quietly stop working without anything visibly breaking. Slow on a phone, the number buried, a form that silently fails. We find out which of those is costing you work, and fix that.

- We go through what you have, on a real phone, and tell you plainly whether a rebuild or a set of fixes is the right call. Sometimes the answer is that your site is fine and your Google Business Profile is the problem.

- Old pages get mapped to new ones with proper redirects so the rankings and links you have already earned come across. This is the step most rebuilds skip and most rebuilds regret.
- Content moved, not retyped
- Your existing copy, photos and reviews come over and get tidied, rather than being thrown away and rewritten from nothing.
- The things that were quietly broken
- Forms that go nowhere, mixed-up opening hours, a PDF menu that will not open on a phone, an SSL certificate that expired. We find them and list them before we quote.

Seven signs it is time
The site takes more than three seconds to load on 4G. The phone number is not visible without scrolling. The contact form has not produced an enquiry in months and you are not sure it works. The copyright line in the footer says 2021. You cannot log in to change anything. Half the photos are stock. Someone else owns it.
One of those on its own is a fix. Four of them is a rebuild.
What usually happens
We ask for the address, look at it properly, and come back with a plain list: what is worth keeping, what is costing you work, and what it would take to put right. That costs nothing and you are under no obligation to use us afterwards.
If a rebuild is the right answer, it runs exactly like a new build, except faster, because the content mostly exists already.
