How much does a website cost?
Builds start at £749 for up to five pages, £1,495 for up to seven with custom layouts and motion, and from £2,995 for bespoke 3D work. The final figure depends on how many pages need their own layout, how much bespoke motion or 3D there is, what needs connecting to what, and whether your photos and content are ready. We tell you which of those apply before anything starts.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Once the build is paid for, the site is yours: the design, the content, the code and the domain. You can host it with us, host it anywhere else, or take it to another developer. If you ever leave, we hand over everything and help you move it. A lot of companies around here rent you a site instead, and the day you stop paying it goes off. That is the main thing that separates us from them.
What happens if I stop the care plan?
The site stays yours and stays online. We give you everything needed to host it elsewhere, and we will talk your new provider through it. Nothing is held hostage, ever.
What is in the care plan?
Three things: search work, content updates, and Cloudflare and security management. That means your titles, descriptions and Google Business Profile kept accurate as your services change; text, prices, photos and opening hours updated by us within your monthly allowance; and your hosting, certificate, firewall, backups and monitoring managed so there is nothing for you to patch or think about.
Is the care plan compulsory?
No. It is entirely optional, with a six month minimum if you do take it. Plenty of clients take the build and host it themselves, and that is a perfectly reasonable thing to do. We will even help you set it up elsewhere.
Can you guarantee I will rank first on Google?
No, and neither can anyone else. Google decides, it changes constantly, and your competitors get a vote. Anyone promising you a position is either guessing or planning something that will get your domain penalised. What we guarantee is the work and an honest monthly report on what it actually did.
How do I pay?
Fifty per cent to start the build, the balance before it goes live. The free concept comes first and costs nothing, so you see a real mockup of your own site before you commit to anything.
What if I need something changed after launch?
Content changes are included in your care plan allowance. Anything bigger, a new section or new functionality, gets quoted before we do it. You will never get a surprise invoice.
