The useful part is drafting: turning your rough notes into a tidy quote email, summarising a long enquiry into three lines, sorting messages by what they are actually about. That saves real time and nothing goes out until a person has seen it.
The part we do not build is anything that pretends to be you. Customers work it out, and when they do, the trust you have spent years building goes with it.
Starting small
The first automation is usually one job, not a system. We pick the thing that annoys you most, build that, and let you live with it for a month before adding anything else. If it does not save you time, we say so and stop rather than selling you the next piece.
